Tim launches “Tim’s Lawncare & Snow Removal,” hiring friends and eventually growing to nearly 100 accounts.

Tim launches “Tim’s Computer Sales & Support,” building, selling, and fixing computers for local businesses and individuals.

Age of 14
Tim builds first websites for the Ultrasonic Power Corporation, Freeport Library System, the YMCA, and the City of Freeport

Age of 15
Tim launches TimJoiner.com, buying the domain name for $70, a huge sum of money at the time!

Tim’s Computer Sales & Support” becomes “Dynamic Technology Solutions”

Tim and a partner form Cropsey Partners, a holding company for long term rental property
