1995
Age of 12
Tim launches “Tim’s Lawncare & Snow Removal,” hiring friends and eventually growing to nearly 100 accounts.
1996
Age of 13
Tim launches “Tim’s Computer Sales & Support,” building, selling, and fixing computers for local businesses and individuals.
1997
Age of 14
Tim builds first websites for the Ultrasonic Power Corporation, Freeport Library System, the YMCA, and the City of Freeport.
1998
Age of 15
Tim launches TimJoiner.com, buying the domain name for $70, a huge sum of money at the time!
1999
Age of 16
“Tim’s Computer Sales & Support” becomes “Dynamic Technology Solutions.”
2001
College at Bob Jones
Tim starts his undergraduate studies at BJU, running DTS from his dorm room while also working for BJU in their Web Technologies department.
2005
Wedding
Tim marries his college debate partner, Ashley. They buy their first rental property, living in 1 unit while renting out the other 3. They both start grad school while building DTS full-time.
2007
MA, MBA
Tim finishes his MA and begins the MBA program at BJU.
2008
First Acquisition
Dynamic Technology Solutions acquires Imacomm, a web & graphic design firm.
2009
Ministry Tech
Dynamic Technology Solutions acquires Ministry Tech, a small A/V consulting and design organization focused on churches and other ministries.
2010
Broad Insights
Tim helps form Broad Insights, an executive coaching and consulting firm, and becomes a minority partner.
2015
UMG & Dynamic Ventures
Dynamic Technology Solutions acquires UniComm Marketing Group in a stock-for-stock merger. Together they form Dynamic Ventures.
2017
Cropsey Partners
Tim and a partner form Cropsey Partners, a holding company for long-term rental property.
2020
Sells Dynamic Ventures
Tim sells Dynamic Ventures, Inc.
2020
Artelio
Tim and a partner launch Polished (later renamed Artelio), a men’s shoe company with manufacturing in Brazil and eCommerce distribution in the U.S.
2021
Hampton Investments
Tim and two partners form Hampton Investments, a holding company for long-term rental property.
2022
Solutions ITW
Tim buys a software company, Solutions ITW, with 3 partners.
2024
Sells Solutions ITW
Tim & partners sell Solutions ITW to a PE firm after growing it nearly 10x.
2025
Crescita Capital Group
Tim forms Crescita Capital Group, an alternative investing firm with holdings in oil and gas, private credit, land entitlements, and other alternative investments.
2026
Shore and Summit
Tim & a partner build beach houses and form Shore and Summit, a short-term rental company serving the Airbnb and VRBO markets.
